it just doesn't make sense, the longer they take, the more resources they spend on doing absolutely nothing. It's not like they don't have resources, thats why we pay the application fee.

Congressman, uscis service request, uscis help message and not NILC or IRLC because their guidelines that say to contact USCIS first through several methods before having my case flagged or elevated.

Everytime i read that someone got approved, I check my account and I just laugh at USCIS incredible incompetence. 229 days waiting for my approval, I will overtake SRafaela record tomorrow....

They are a joke in the worst sense of the word. People get approved after 1 week of waiting and we cant get approved after months. Hope we get our approval soon.
