That's normal. You will receive EAD in 7-10 days.

According to my ellis acount Card was produced and mailed today, but my case status says I-765...

My first renewal EAD was lost in the mail. I had to file for a replacement card, but had case expedited. Received replacement EAD a month later.

Yeah, I need to seriously need to start thinking of a way to adjust my status. These two past two renewals have been very stressing for me.

Card in production since August 10, 2016, no card yet and according to ellis back into being reviewed. Hoping it didn't get lost in mail like previous renewal.

That should be ok. My state dmv specifically states Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals approval notice is sufficient. It doesn't hurt to try.

And to everyone who has been approved, check your dmv website if they accept I-797 approval notice as a from of legal presence.

Sorry, I thought you lived in Cali lol. Ignore that previous post. But see they do accept it, no need to wait for your EAD. :)

You can provide your daca approval letter as a means of legal presence. I did in my state and renewed my license.

Hell yeah! I was so relieved ,was stressing out these last couple of weeks reading the forums. I need my license in order to continue working. I'm a UPS Delivery Driver.
