ive been told that to. the lawyer i want to talk to is 300 an hr ugh so im trying to find someone else. but would i be able to apply for daca so i can continue to work?

For those wanting to apply WITHOUT A LAWYER here is an AOS list that was posted. This is the same list i used and received NO RFE. I did EVERYTHING on my own (didnt want my husband to help lol)

GREEN CARD APPROVED!!!!

Our interview was in PA at 1:55pm. We arrived at 1:59 :neutral:. We checked in at the front desk and waited for my name to be called. We did bring our daughter

Literally 27 hrs until my interview... I am interviewing in PA. Im not afraid AT ALL I've waited to long to be afraid lol. Im 23 and my husband is 24 and we have a 9 month old. I want this to be over...

I got married in Virginia and now live in Delaware... I submitted to get a copy from vital records but im scared it wont get here in time. I have to drive a hour to Pennsylvania for interview

I screamed so loud i couldn't believe it!! I was actually gpimg to check the processing times. My field office is MSC im assuming, and i live in delaware. Heres my timeline

Omg !!! Its scheduled...not even 5 min after writing ^^^^^^ that did i check and it was updated....it took 75 days to get a interview date

I asked this before but i can't remember the answer.... How long does it take to get a interview date??? And does your online status change from "ready to be scheduled" to " scheduled"

I didn't request a EAD since mine expire in November and I just assumed by then I will have my green card

I ended up just doing the emergency AP after Trump became president. So now I'm just waiting for a interview date
