So to be clear, if I don’t have a citizen/resident spouse or parent, I can’t apply (even though I arrived with a visa)?

Me…I arrived in 1996 (I was 4) and aged out of my petition at the age of 18. I have DACA now.

Thanks all! I did have my own I-130. My sister just petitioned for my mother this week and the attorney mentioned about a year for her GC approval. Perhaps via my mother would be the best option.

Sadly no approval yet! I was terminated on Monday. Trying to stay calm... I keep seeing (via FB DACA groups), people that sent theirs in late March and approved already. Trying to find a cash job in...

Yeah I realize it’s on me. Still frustrating because USCIS has processed apps sent after mine already, there is no order. I’ve done it all...ombudsman, congressman, called USCIS, sent an update email...

I applied in earlyFebruary of this year. We are not eligible for the 180 day extension. C33 is ineligible.

Thanks all, people are telling me we have a 90 day extension which is mentioned on the receipt notice. Is this correct? Seems wrong to me.

Hi, it just struck me that I was a beneficiary in 1997. My sister is a US born citizen (22). I’m guessing I could potentially adjust via this route? I feel ridiculous not having thought about this...
