I have a question guys. What if a person has the i-94 for the extended visa ( after extending visa) but not the old passport( with the visa stamp) and the original i-94. Would they be Entry with inspection or without?

Also the said passport would be their parents since they were minor and had no passport of their own ( were included in their parent's old passport).

I think there were other Visa extensions after this but this is the only one at the moment. Are they all the same numbers or after each visa extension the i-94 number is changed?

Well if one has never left the country is this i-94 enough to prove entry with inspection?
