There is NO, ABSOLUTELY NONE, guarantee you'll be in the SAVE database by then.
Yes it is a good advise to go after the pre-requisite wait time, but during my initial visit to SSA they wanted me to wait 10+ days from that day about 17 days after my EAD was issue. I confronted a more helpful SSA rep who made SSNAP send a IV request 10 days after the fact. That still did not guarantee I was in the SAVE database as I am still waiting to clear DHS checks with SSA.
