My parents often talked about this and said had they know it would be like this, they would have never brought us but with DACA and a 5% of a CIR passing, they are optimistic about them making the right choice. I can't really say it was the best thing for them because usually when people think about it living back home, they imagine going back NOW with knowing everything there is here. Had we never brought here, we would never had know how life was here even with an illegal status. So there wouldn't be much to miss.
