Even if DACA is not law, it protects the person from being put in removal proceedings , and deported. But the Goverment could still prosecute them for other reasons, such as identity theft, using fake ssn for work, etc.
However, that depends on how the raid was conducted. If they are only trying to put the person in removal proceedings for being here without status, then it's possible the person can use DACA and be okay.
For the government to actually prosecute the person of identity theft, they'll need proof that they presented fake documents/snn/etc. I think DACA protects us from having worked without authorization, so if that's the only charge then DACA might help the person. But it's all case-by-case.
