And forgot to turn then on granted it was a clear October day he asked me for license and insurance, but I didn't have the 1st one. He just told me to turn them on, gave me a ticket and told me to be safe, funny thing is that I used to work at a fast food place and he would come by and I remember giving him discounts since I figured he could been a dick and impounded the car.
