Oh ok. I had emailed Mayorkas last year too but got a response from Patrick Lujan. Probably the same kinda thing. I kept emailing Lujan every month and usually got a generic response but haven't heard from him in months. I decided to email the new director today too and actually got a response. She said "I'm sorry it's taken so long to adjudicate your case. I'll refer this is the appropriate office for follow up." I was surprised I actually got a response directly from her email even though it was just to tell me she pretty much forwarded my email.
