Hanen is going to rule against DACA, no doubt, but even he called a preliminary injunction absurd at this point. I understand these conservative judges
couldn't care less about DACA, but even they have to present an appearance of impartiality. Robert's is the prime example of this. He doesn't want get the Supreme court into the DACA debate until he absolutely has to.
