You really think a conservative judge is going to care about how long DACA has been implemented? Of course not! To them this is an illegal executive order, they could care less about disrupting our lives.

And everyone knows the only reason Hanen didn’t execute a preliminary injunction is because he was waiting for Kavanaugh to get confirmed so they can give it the final blow and avoid any further litigations. Let’s not fool ourselves here.

Hanen isn’t on our side, this is all a game plan to them so they can end it once and for all!

One of the reasons the GOP and Trump wanted Kavanaugh confirmed so bad, along with him thinking the President can't be indicted and him thinking Roe v Wade isn't settled law.

Hanen is going to rule against DACA, no doubt, but even he called a preliminary injunction absurd at this point. I understand these conservative judges couldn't care less about DACA, but even they have to present an appearance of impartiality. Robert's is the prime example of this. He doesn't want get the Supreme court into the DACA debate until he absolutely has to.

Yeah well see, I think at this point it’s unpredictable with this administration. We will have to see what the 9th circuit rules.

SF Appeal Court is slow as fuck intentionally. I agree, let's fast track. We need an answer and we need a crisis so we can pass a deal after the election. Fucking liberal court.

All these caravans of immigrants are entitled to asylum while we get the short end of the stick.
