Thanks for the helpful info. I do not have any of my immunization records and clinic is closed and Dr is now retired. However, i found out i can get a MMR Titer test to confirm what i am already immune to which can serve in liu of the immunization records.

I do not have a record but I went ahead and got a background check done and got a clearance letter just in case.
