Which service center seems to be the fastest to approve? I got Nebraska , not sure if I should be excited or not.

I have nebraska too, it's been 2 months and almost 2 weeks, I haven't been approved yet.

It doesn't even matter at this point. In the beginning, California was the fastest, now it all seems the same.

If you have time, you can go here http://dreamact.info/forum/showthread.php?t=31723, collect the data and plot on Excel or MATLAB the average of days it take to approve an individual for each service center.
