I have a simple question. Does "International Relations" fall under political science, and is anyone here majoring in that ?

No, it's a separate subject and a different major.

I guess it's different for every school. My school has separate departments for both subjects and it's two separate majors...

Hey Fish, do you know which school is in?

Because Politics falls into the School of Social Science...right? I seen that in some schools Economics is in the Science School, like Math and in mine is part of the Social Science, some even classified it as philosophy

That usually kind of determines the emphasis of the degree. The one under science is often more applied and mathematical while the one in Social Science is more theory related.

I have an MA in IR. The university I attended had two separate, distinct departments though not for the reasons of the discipline but a 50-year old argument between two colleagues...

they are technically two separate majors but a lot of classes can be credited toward both majors. at my university, political science is divided into sub categories and one of them deals with foreign relations. obviously, that is pretty much international relations... and yes there is also a separate international studies major as well. many of the classes are interchangeable and those majoring in pol sci with foreign relations emphasis just go ahead and double major with international studies because you only need couple extra classes to get both done.

i am pol sci major also doing international studies at uci.
