My parents applied for PERM certification about 2 years ago. We recently filed I-140 (havent got an approval).. I turn 21 in nov..in about a month..do you know if this process will help me or am I gonna be agedout?

This is a wrong statement. If you are able to be under your parents visa application then you most likely didn't EWI so there might be other options: marriage, DREAM act, CIR etc.
But as far as your question about I-140, you might be in the clear. Just read this and find which example pertains to your situation. But from the brief details you mentioned you will not age out if everything was done correcty. (I.E. I-140 and I-485 filled concurently).
