I got one from Bank of America, you just go their their branch, have your passport that is not expired, the ITIN number and I think another picture ID (I think I used my school ID) and they give you a card, not a lot of money but something is better then nothing (its like 700 dollars credit).
Several months after getting the BofA credit card, I went to chase, they also gave me a credit card, similar requirements as BofA, special note to something with your name and address on it (do not recall if BofA required that), I actually got one from them for 9k, which covered one semester, uggh...college is too pricey, and not getting better.
