My parents have taken me to the u.s.a in 1994. I have lived their for 14 years. When i was 18(exactly 18 and two weeks) i decided to leave the country. I didnt want to have a 3-year or 10- year ban.
Now, I have received a scholarship from the university in Poland, where i am currently studying in to go to the u.s.a for 1/2 a year. The only problem is that my father is still currently in the u.s.a because he is waiting for immigration reform, and is illegal but has unskilled immigrant documents filed but still nothing has been issued on account of he is illegal. But my mom has returned, and she remodeling the current house we have.
1. Should i file for a visa to the u.s.a (student) or will it harm my father in a way of deporting him?
2. Will they issue me a visa on account of my current situation?
