He said that there is 97%-98% of democrat is in favor of Dream Act and he needs 4 to 5 Republican votes to pass Dream Act

Wow! That is great news. This means 55 sure Yay's. We already have 5 Reps to vote Yes based on projections and news.

My prediction is either 61 or 62 yays.
