Quick insight of myself:
  • Brought here at the age of4.
  • Didn't know about my situation till middle school.
  • I'll be turning 18 in 1 month
  • I will be graduating High School this summer
  • Apparently I was born in Mexico, but of course lived here my whole life after that.

So I plan to take the SAT in October and I want to start applying to College. Assuming the Dream Act does not pass ( lets be realistic) what are my best options. I don't want to get the 10 year ban, though if i stay to Graduate High School I will be 18 and 7 months. I have an Aunt and an Uncle who are U.S citizens ( don't know if that helps).

License question

Anything good happening right now? I hear New Mexico, and Washington are giving those out. Which state is safer to travel to, and how? Is taking a plane to any of those really dangerous. Any information will help thanks.

My rant:
As you can assume we have all came around to this point in our lives. We are coming out of High School in the country that we love, and are told we don't belong. What they don't understand is that we don't belong in our country of origin. Its insane how a small number like 4 senators can change the life of thousands of kids that just WANT TO CONTRIBUTE. Non of this matters though because I'm an American whether I have a paper that says it or not. I will always read in English, Listen to music in English, and Dream in English.
