I know how we need 60 votes to overcome a Filibuster on Saturday but if it does pass I know that there will be a Final Vote on Sunday. But if it does pass on Saturday Morning How many votes will we need on Sunday for the Final Vote. Do we need a Simple majority of 51 or more on Sunday in order for the Bill to pass & be Signed by the President. Can someone explain how the process works. I know that THE First thing we need is the 60 Votes in The Senate this Saturday I am not trying to get ahead of myself too much because who knows what will happen in less than 24 hours

What? Counting the Republicans, we have about 5-6 Republican most likely to vote yes. My only concern is how many Democrats will vote no...? With 6 Republicans voting yes, then I just don't see how the Dream Act can't pass. Reid round up on those Democrats because we will need every single vote we can get.

So, about 35%-45% Chance of passing (Slim but with a possibility)
It's going to be like the Health Care Bill, lets hope!

Who are the six Republicans you are counting?

There's 100% chance that you don't know how statistics work.

Tomorrow is the vote for cloture. Reid needs 60 votes tomorrow. If it passes, he will only need 51 votes, in a final vote, in favor of the bill to send it to the President's desk. Reid could decide to hold the final vote on Sunday.
