If the Dream Act is approved can I pursue an AA in a 2 year college and still be part of the dream act?

Yeah..you'd have 5 or 6 (can't remember from so many changes i've seen lately) to complete 2 years of college.

Under the current version of the Dream Act (The one that passed in the House) you would have to get your two years of college or two years of military service within the first five year period of your total ten year conditional residency status.

So yeah, if you meet all the other requirements, you will have five years to get your college education completed and be allowed to participate in the Dream Act.

Yes, you can and should pursue Alcoholics Anonymous. Remember buddy, the first step in solving a problem is admitting you have one. You my friend, have done just that.
