Looks like he's run out of steam and is resorting to rule 37 to suck more $$$ out of people. Thousands of people have died in drug wars all over the world including Mexico so what does it matter right? haha... Anyway, I'll save the rest until I read the book but from the interviews it's a little bizarre.
