Such speech makes people feel better. It brings out what Americans should always be like. I wish that such tragedies would never be. If only everyone could learn from our mistakes and try to make this place better, then the world would be different and much, much better.

Mr.President, all I can say to you is, well said Mr.President, well said.

Long live the U.S. and every one in it, and let Mr.President Obama have another term.

I just read about Memorial Service at Tucson on Yahoo, and read many comments under the article. It was so disgusting to see how many people are using this incident as political tool and defending their party line.
Some people are accusing Liberals are using this as a weapon to attack TEA party and GOP. Some are saying why is this incident getting a spot light, etc.
Damn, come on. 6 people died, including a little girl.
What the **** is wrong with their logic??
When I read those hateful comments, I just lose hope for this country.
Seriously, Americans need moral education, and any kind of reform needs to start from there.

Very true, it's pathetic. Rude people is one of the first things you notice on any public website (including YouTube). These people are giving stupid answers most of the time anyway and move on to someone else they can annoy. It's just fun for them.

Yes, there is a lot of hate in this world but there is a lot of good too! Just filter out the bad part and realize that some people have no class. It's also lack of maturity and true intelligence. They insult others to feel good about themselves. Sadly, in a world where they can be anonymous they act much less than they truly are.

I remember hearing about a study done on people with road rage and aggresive behaviors in their cars. It said the reason for most of the reactions is due to the fact that we're social creatures and rely on communication through body language and words. Without a face or another "human" to respond to we lose our instincts and in some cases our ability to be respectful. Behind a car or computer in this case we are anonymous - and tend to be more aggressive and unattentive with ourselves.

Think about it, do you think you'd be treated this way in person by a total stranger? Its possible but not likely.

Sorry for the rant. Just thought knowing why from a non-arguable point sometimes helps.
