i'm turning 21 in february and my friends wanted to treat me out for drinks.
i only have an expired california license (2009).
my friends know about my status so i told them i have to renew my passport but my friend said that she's ordered drinks with her expired id at restaurants/bars without any problems. she said she only had a problem when she tried to buy wine from ralphs.
so have you guys ever used your expired id for drinks at bars/restaurants without any problems?
