Im moving to washington next month to stay for 2 months, i need some tips as to which cities are the friendliest, and which cites does it not snow lol.

well i dont know anyone in washing so i was wondering if anyone could help me out...? i have enough money to survive at least two months there.

if you wanna get the DL in Washington state and you don't have SSN, you better stay there more than 6 months. because they require the second interview after you pass writing n road test. however, you have to bring bank statement, utility bill, or whatever documentation that proof you live there. DOL is more serious right now. please check their web site for more information.
