Driving from FL to NYC

I'll be driving up to NYC from FL with my family very soon.

Has anyone done it? Any recommendations?

We'll be crossing GA, which...seems a little scary. The only good thing is that my dad has a NM drivers license.

never drove but flew in and out of fl many times, although, it requires some form of identification.

As you move up north, there should be no problems. These states are very lenient. Can't say the same about Georgia. Be careful when ur in that state.
