My parents do have ITIN numbers and pay taxes every year. But they didn't include me as a dependent. I'm currently college sophomore who have quit my job 2 weeks ago.

BTW, I do have a debit card (student account)

But the W-7 form is confusing.

What do I need to fill out "Reason you are submitting Form W-7"?

Some of your guys say "C", some say "H" ?

Also, How long does the process usually take?

When your parents go to a tax preparer tell them to ask for the iTIN form. They'll prepare and send it to the IRS for you. The cost varies, here its $50.

You'll need a valid ID or some form of identification.

Hope it helps and good luck!
