Ok so I guess one of my mothers friends told her that I was having a hard time paying for tuition so she went up to me, gave me her card, and told me to go visit her at the Nevada State library and archives and she would help me find scholarships...the thing is that she doesnt know that I'm illegal yet. I was wondering if I should just come clean to her about my situation or just not show up? I mean the Nevada library is a government agency, and I'm scared of anything that has to do with government because of my situation

how much help will she offer, is it a lot??

If you don't know then go and find out whats up without tell her about your status at first

hmm go, you do not loose anything. Do not be like those who are afraid of rejection. You go, try and if you get rejected... o well?

I do not think you risk getting deported or anything.

She offered to help with finding scholarships..I dont know what kind of scholarships though. If they are government or state scholarships I know I wont be able to qualify for any of those.

She may or may not be able to help you, but use this opportunity to open new possibilities! It might give you an idea or inspiration that will help you on your troubles.

If there is one thing I have learned... Don't be afraid to ask for help. She may be able to help you, she may know someone that can help you, or nothing may happen. Keep trying, it can only lead to new opportunities. Believe me, I have been able to get opportunities that most USC only dream of simply by asking for help.

lol no mames.

Nice on behalf of the lady to help you out in terms of helping you to find scholarships. But, can't you do that on your own without revealing your status to her???????

Well, if she does find out about your situation and starts to curse you out or something, power bomb her through one of the library tables and say "know your role ja-broni."
