Hi... I just have a question. I'm transferring to 4 yr from CC in CA.

I submitted an AB540 , but it's been 2 weeks now, and they told me that their doing research and to call back a week later.

I know that this school usually takes long time to process anything(2-3 weeks), but I'm just worried about everything every time. lol

I did submit my official high school transcript to prove that I have attended 3 full academic years in CA.

Even though I have submitted the document, could it be possible that they call either my high school or community college to check up on me without my consent?

My sister's going to that high school and she may go to the same CC as I did. I know the school's faculty well. I was legal at the time of high school and first half of CC, so I don't want people to find out my status and take it out on my sister (I live in a small Republican dominated town ).

Also, what kind of information are on the official transcript for college? I want to know because I'm sure that I haven't submitted my immunization records to 4 yr, but it shows that it's completed....

Colleges bureaucracies are some of the slowest bureaucracies around. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

I don't think they can under FERPA. Check their website for more info.

Also...college transcripts (official or unofficial) usually only shows your grades, GPA, or other merits that you've completed (degrees, certificate, etc...). Schools are not entitiled to release immunization records...even if they have it...mostly because those info needs a medical personnel to approve it.
