I lost a copy of my selective service card, but I can easily show proof of applying through online is that good enough?

I am wondering this too.. I am 22.. I want to do this and will do this. There is no excuse for me waiting til now to do this but.. it was a mistake I accept I made :/

You should be fine, It doesn't seem to be a requirement. But get that in ASAP.

yeah just last week i was thinking about registering but i just kept putting it off. im going to do it today so there wont be any problems later on with all this

If I'm not mistaken, its against the law for everyone (legal and illegal) to not have selective service if you are a male over 18 and under 26.

So meaning, if found that you don't have SS, you will get jail time.

Yeah I know its a wiki link but it shows details about the requirements and failure to do so (which seems to depend on the state.)
