I just talked to my attorney about getting started on this whole new process. I will be needing to submit a I -765 which i am thinking of filling out myself. She told me that there might be another file to turn in, and she told me that we might not even have to wait the 60 days, so right now I'm just looking into this I-765 to see what I need to fill out. Did anybody find out anything new on this application process??

The first thing you need to fill out is I-Chill. Yes, you need to chill my man. You are jumping the gun. The first step is to wait for more info from USCIS.

Listen to what Ianus is telling you. Even though we are all anxious, there's no need to rush and or hurry. gather all your paperwork, go over it 1,000 times if you have to, make sure there are no mistakes and that you are sending what they are asking for, not more and not less.

Sometimes people shoot themselves in the foot by sending USCIS extra, unneeded, and unrequited paperwork by trying to be extra thorough which in turns causes USCIS to ask extra questions and ask for even more paperwork.

Take a deep breath, relax, and once more information is shed on this, do what they ask. Not more, not less.

Guys....... First we don't know what paper work we will need. Yes there is a pdf FAQ but there might be more. Just chill the f out and wait for more info. 765i is just a dumb paper where you need to fill your name address and other useless crap. The other form that will be sent to DOS to change our deferral status will require some other paperwork that at the moment we don't know.

People who think are being smart by turning in forms to USCIS/ICE right this moment are getting their applications denied- because there is no path to process these forms yet. These entities have been given 60 days so they can create this process, so turning in something right now just because you want to be first is downright stupid.
