I sent my application yesterday. I included bank records from 2007-july 2012 but I forgot this month as the statement is not ready yet. it says that you have to show continuously residence up to the present. do you guys think that would be a problem? I also attached my transcript which i believe it shows that i am register to start in the fall semester which starts August 25....

The other question: my cousin's I-94 shows her name as Joseth Chaves instead of Yoseth Chaves like it should be. Do you guys think that will be a problem?

thank you for your help

No, it won't be a problem for continuous presence. As long as you prove that you were here on June 15th, you are fine. They'll juts assume you haven't left (because why would you????)

For the I-94, I would just write in the additional information section (Part 7) and put in the section that the I-94 name is incorrect (just put down the part, section number, etc of where they request the I-94).

I used the additional information to list stuff like this (misspellings, additional names, etc). You can also print out the last page and do extra copies of it (my lawyer did it) if you have other things that need to be explained.

Just make sure she goes by the government/official name that can be proven on her official documents (under identity).
