I've never had a job so like I said in my past posts, not sure where I will apply. Even with a degree, I understand that I have no experience so I'll have to start somewhere.

So, what kind of paying jobs do you guys currently have?

If you make money by yourself, give me some ideas

I'm in the same boat as you. So far I've been applying for jobs like entry-level bookkeeping, receptionist, dishwasher, waitress/hostess positions on craigslist.

(Also if you're in the Chicago area and the place you're working at needs someone - hook me up! :P I have background in Accounting).

I work as a project manager but i got pretty lucky landing the job, I tutored on cash basis for math (high school kids) and i happen to tutor the owner of the company i work for now. I guess he thought i was pretty smart and hired me

But here we higher a lot of temp employees from agencies, so i think that would be a great start for you. Fill out an application and it ask you what kind of skills you have and what you would like to do and they'll give you a call when something opens up. Almost all our full time employees started off as temps and the good ones got to stay.

Unix admins make a ton of $. Mentor me?

I've been working everywhere, from restaurants to construction, to fixing computers on the side. Right now I'm not really working, but I do need to get something fast because I'll need it to buy myself a car .
