Does anybody have pictures of your completed, or almost completed package?

I don't mean show your personal info, but at least show a sample of your cover letter, how you organized your index and tabs.. Whats the envelope you are using to mail your documents?

This might be tooo much to ask but I am nervous!!!! As I think most of us are, nervous perhaps of not doing something right. Or perhaps I should just go with an attorney? I believe I can do this my self, I want to save my parents money. But I am a bit nervous about maybe missing something....

Here's mine. I'm still working on it. I bought my Acco fasteners today and i'm gonna fasten them as soon as I finish printing some bank statements. I whited out my name and DOB and the colleges I went to for privacy. Hope it helps.

I did my labeling as such:

I have 5 Exhibit categories, I put tabs on the sides of the papers for each exhibit section, 1 thru 5.

I also used tabs for each sub category, such as 1A, 1B, 1C, et al, with the first number showing which exhibit it belongs to(in this case exhibit 1), and the letter showing different paperwork evidence(so in exhibit 1A it would be the Passport subcategory and 2A would lead you to Transcripts subcategory under exhibit 2 which is proof of high school enrollment and completion).

These subcategories I put as tabs on the BOTTOM of the papers. So the person who is looking thru it that wants to get to a specific exhibit section quickly can just grab the specific exhibit tab he wants, and flip to the beginning of it immediately. Then to get to a specific evidence document without having to flip through it all, they just look at the subcategory and choose the tab they want to see and lift it to get to it.

Taking Exhibit 1 as an example, if they want to go straight to Birth Certificate first they open the exhibit 1 tab first, then look down and grab the 1B tab at the bottom to flip straight to it, without having to flip manually thru the passport subcategory. This is mostly useful when you have multiple photocopies of a subcategory, such as multiple scans of a passport showing the visas and passport pictures.

Might seem hard to explain but it makes sense in real life lol

EXHIBIT #1: Proof of Identity and Age
1A. Passport
1.Photocopy goes here
2. Photocopy goes here

1B. Birth Certificate
1.Photocopy goes here
2. Photocopy goes here

etc etc for ITIN number and photocopies and Photo ID cards and photocopies

EXHIBIT #2: Proof of High School Enrollment and Completion
2A. High School Diploma
1. Photocopy goes here

2B. Transcripts
1. Page 1 of transcript etc etc
2.
3.

EXHIBIT #5: Proof of Continuous Presence for Five Years Prior to June 15, 2012
5A. 2006
1. For these I just list each specific document with its own specific date. So for example skip to number 2, 3, 4>>>>>>
2.Hospital Record for June 19 2006
3.School Record for September 21 2006
4.Bank Statement for December
etc etc for more records.
5B. 2007
1.Same deal as before just with documents for this specific year
2.
3.

5C. 2008
1.Same deal as before just with documents for this specific year
2.
3.
etc etc until 2012

Looks good,

In my opinion Bank statements and school transcripts that show continous enrollment should be good enough for the continous prensence requirement. I think you did a good job of showing the right amount of evidence, not to much, not too little.

Remember to not overwhelm USCIS with a bunch of evidence that does not add to your case. They will be pissed off. I would too.

They will require more evidence if they need.
