The case for my work permit was updated, to initial review. It was already in initial review! The email says that I would have to take my bio again.

Can anyone tell me why my I821D was updated to Approved and I765 was updated to initial Review.

That is really interesting. I think you're the first person to post here with that issue that I can remember. I hope is a glitch, but I think it might mean that the background check only counts for the I-765 and the other evidence for I-821D. But that is pretty strange.

I called? They told me to either do the bio or call back in 90 days.

Hi ya'll I did not want to post a new thread, but when I put my WAC number is said that
"my card was in production" it did not say that I was approved of anything. So just to be
clear, by this "my card was in production" it also means that I was approved for deferred action, correct?

It says that I could expect my card within 30 days, but how long on the avarage how long
would I expect to reaceive it.

Yes, that means you were approved. You should have the card within a week.
