I need to know if this only applies once you are already working with your EAD and you get a new one or if Im working with a fake social do I need to do a new I-9 with my new EAD?

The employer will fill it out for you once you start working with your new EAD. I started working for Target on 11/14 an I had to bring my EAD and SSN card. They made me fill out employment paper work and it included the e-verify one. I never worked with fake papers so I don't know what would be the outcome for that. I have attached what form I-9 is.

yes bro but the question is can you fill out a new I9 if you are working with fake documents? If you already have a job working with fake documents can you keep that job and just fill out a new I9? I think thats what the article says I just need someone to clarify this for me... thanks in advance.

Yes, and thank you for finding this. It means an employer has to take your documents and cannot ask you additional information on your case. Many dreamers have been lying to their employers so they won't get fired. Please repost to other places.
