So I have read just about every thread on here about experiences with Adv. Parole, and everything to do with the benefits/risks. If I ask a question that's been asked before, my apologies, but I didn't see these when I used the search engine on here.

I have a few ?s about people that have gotten their AP approved and come back.

Did any of you have misdemeanor citations?

I have had 4 traffic tickets, all have been paid off, did community service, etc. - for not having a DL, but not a DUI or anything like that. & they stopped me for minor stuff like, headlight out, or break light out.

& Second is about the documents I would like to send as proof of kinship with my grandma's brother.

Did any of you have issues getting your AP approved with having a relative listed on a document with a maiden name, and then is listed without the maiden name on another document? In my case it's my great grandma, I do not have access to her birth cert. She is listed on my mom's birth cert. and my grandma's brother's birth cert.

Thanks for any help.

Traffic offenses do not count against you. Unless they're actual crimes like DUI or hit and run.

In regards to the great grandmother having a different last name - it's fine. Keep in mind that not all relatives share the same last name as you (maternal grandparents being the best example). I'd recommend providing as clear evidence of relation as you can however.

Grandmother's birth certificate listing her would definitely work. You'd also need to prove that you're related to your grandmother, so it might require a parent's birth certificate as well.
