deferred action: evidence

Sooooo I finally decided to register !! Whhhooop whhooop lol anyways, I think ill be sending my application soon and I'm having trouble with the evidence obviously ^^^^^^. I'll appreciate any advice.

Left the country once in 1999 and came back 2000

The proof for 2012 is the only thing I have closets to June 15, 2012 nothing on the exact date....

Do u have anything besides the school records? School records are strong proof, but to be on the safe side u should send in ur vaccination records and any other medical records u may have. Also if u have a bank account send in ur statements. If u dont have any other proof then just send the school records from 2007-2011 and ur rag tag of evidence in 2012. U may also wanna include a couple of affidavits for 2012 as well, just to be on the safe side.

U may be fine with what u have (as some people have been approved with a full year gap in their timeline), but a lot of ppl who only used one type of proof (school records mainly) got an RFE. I sent only bank records and got an RFE then got approved after i sent in my medical records, and others have gotten RFE's after only sending in school records. Then again some ppl have gotten by on just one type of evidence, so u never know. It really boils down to who is reviewing ur case.

Actually, high school transcripts are pretty much the best evidence you can send. They're fully and easily verifiable, no need to send much else for the time that they cover. What you do need to be careful with school records is that they are your records, not just attendance records and transcripts, and most of all, that they have some sort of official signature or seal. Sometimes schools do not give proper proof for DACA and kids just send it in thinking they will be enough. You gotta make sure that the documents you send have your name in all of the pages, your address and date of birth. Good school records include vaccination records and registration records of when you first entered in school.

However, I'd find stronger proof from after you graduated high school. Bank statement of every 3 months would be great. If you've worked at all or attended college, those records would be great too. Cell phone bills show the best evidence you were here since they usually record from where you called, especially for the June 15, 2012 date.

Also, do not forget your ID evidence including I-94s and your passport and/or birth certificate.

For the presence on June 15, 2012 proof, it doesn't have to be exactly on that date, but somewhere around that time (something like before and after the date would suffice).

School transcripts work, so does test scores, and if you have any school awards add those too. Like poster said above me, you should include vaccination records if you have them.

*EDIT* I forgot to add this, but if you kept any school ID's from each grade, include those as well. You can also include invoices from amazon and other services too.

Okay so I went searching like a crazzy person and I found some paperwork. I found my vaccination record. However, its doesn't have any of the dates I have to prove (only 1996-2004). I also found mail envelopes stamped with dates, a physical done the year 2008, and progress reports of years 2009 and 2010.

I have requested for my K-8th grade records, and trying to open a bank account. May the k-8th grades help???

No they would not help as they are not asking for that. I suggest you keep digging around. Anything with a date, name and address will help

If you go to your school district's central records office, you'll probably get better documents.

The evidence for June 15th has to be closer... Less than a month away if you can.

Hope you know that opening a bank account now wont help u in any of this daca process. If you're truly serious about this, I suggest you take the time, collect things carefully and neatly and also get creative. Some people hav been using social media and online shopping to come up with evidences. It's not that hard.
