ITIN credit score check

I know that you can transfer credit from itin over.
My question is, is there a way to check the credit on the itin. I would like to see if it is worth associating my previous itin and the new ssn. I only used itin for bank account and in younger days over drafted alot.

Can I use my Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to obtain my free annual credit reports?


AnnualCreditReport.com places a premium on maintaining consumer integrity and security with respect to our service. As such, only a Social Security Number (SSN) can be submitted on the AnnualCreditReport.com website. As the ITIN format is similar to the SSN format, you may enter the ITIN number into the SSN field on the Annual Credit Report Request Form and submit the request via mail. But only check your credit report if you have taken out loans or have credit cards using your ITIN, otherwise, you DO NOT have credit and it would be a waste of time trying to get your credit history when there is none.

I submitted my credit report as evidence for DACA and got approved

Also note, you can only obtain 1 free credit report a year.
