My Experience At Anaheim SSO

The people there were so nice! Luckily for me, it was easy to explain the whole case because I got a Filipino lady. I told her my passport was expired so she accepted my original birth certificate, EAD, and student ID.

She put in my name in the computer and she said that my name is matching in their system. However, she told me that the immigration system isn't cooperating and is always freezing so she's gonna input it again later on today. Oh and she didn't mention anything about a 10 day wait.

Now she didn't give me any receipt regarding my application BUT she did spell my name correctly and was saying it as she puts it in the computer and also she did tell me that I'll be receiving the card in the next week or two weeks. Is it totally fine not getting any receipt? I didn't get any reference number either.

not sure... but i'm going to be going to Anaheim SSO now!

Go to the montebello SSO, I got my print out in 24 hours!

I went back actually but I got a different lady. This time I got the receipt and said two weeks. Also no reference number . I called the office again to ask if they generated a number and thy said they already did, but they wont give printouts. So Im thinking of giving them the guidelines someone posted. Haha.

Do you know any other sso in the area that gives printouts? I hear santa ana is scary haha
