Hola!

Espero me puedan ayudar! Gracias!

So you have been working with fake papers even with DACA, company, company is being terminated after a take over from a German company and you're asking if you can get unemployment benefits?

May I ask why you don't speak English?

Could be his reason buy may not.

Either way for a fact you cant get unemployment with fake ssn and i really doubt that DACA qualifies for unemployment.

This guy sounds like that one guy that every news station manages to find to interview during immigration rally- you know the guy...the one who can't speak English and makes us all look bad.

The 'one' guy? The MANY.

Haven't we discussed this issue already? I don't see why not since it's a federal and state benefit, but then again, the question is, have you been looking for another job, especially since you know you will be laid off?

I am more or less in the same boat, the vice president of the company is asking for a background check, of course not legally suppose to be working for the company, but what else should I do with a 4 year bachelor degree and 2 year associate's degree??, have to make a do somehow so I got into the company 2 years ago we all know how. So my game plan is to refuse to sign in on the basis I've been hired for the company for 2 years (i.e. and now you come and ask, I view this as invasion of my rights, etc, etc,)) and if they let me go, I've checked with HR I will get my two weeks paid vacation in a form of a check, so in my mind I plan this as my two weeks notice without formally telling my employer, and currently looking for another position in a different company, shit sucks sometimes. !!

Reasons why one should respond in english.

1. Not all Dreamers are from mexico.
2. WE'RE IN AMERICA! LOL LOL viva mexico cabrones.
3. Please practice the language if you don't know it. so respond in english.
4. if you feel like writing in spanish, write a letter and send it to your congress man, i'm sure they'll love to read what you have to say.
