F4 Visa Bulletin hasn't moved in 2 months now...sign?

I get the feeling that the guy in charge of the Visa Bulletin (literally, there is one guy who decides when the numbers change) is waiting to see what's going to happen with CIR. I've never seen the numbers not change 2 months in a row...I've seen them go BACK 2 years and I've seen them trickle like they have been doing in the last year, but not move at all...

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

F4 also has the longest wait out of all categories.

Good catch though. Have you checked with other sources to see why it is the same date or maybe it is a co-incidence?

I haven't seen this anywhere else but F4 would be discontinued once CIR is passed (assuming that they will clear the backlog) so maybe he's doing this to discourage new applications.
