Hey guys I have been following the forum for some time now, very excited for all you who have received EADS, I am about to send out my DACA APP. But I have a couple things on my background,2 theft charges which I received deffered probation,I have the court docs of the discharge,I did FBI background check and it shows 1 other theft arrest and charges were never filed because restitution was made and state didn't charge.
One of the reasons I did a FBI background check was because I was removed from country after sentenced to probation but never told if It was a deportation or other.from reasearching it seems I received a stipulated removal.
All of this is almost 8-9 yrs ago,I did come back after removal and try to live normal life,I avoided any entity that required legal identification(most places think the matricula is a fake I.d.) and hardly have evidence of 5yr presence,I mean probably 1-2doc. for every year like Dr. Visit, dentist and Sons schools registration documents, hopefully should be enough.
I have lived here in USA since 1987(was brought here at age of 6) and would like to take this opportunity to provide for my 2 Boys and Fiance the American dream, seems like a good sign because I just turned 31 in Oct so I barely missed the age cutoff, also I have graduated from high school and received my diploma,so aside from one of biggest mistakes in my life I hope it will be approved.
any input would be appreciated or if u have a similar situation comment.

Consult a lawyer with this because you have a couple of big red flags there that are pretty serious. But what I am worried about the most is your coming back after being removed from the country. Please see a lawyer before u do anything.

Ok so I might have a couple of red flags like u mentioned, just also curious on the 821 app and 765 app ask initial entry to country on one app then on other app it asks for your last entry to country,I would have thought that was one of the least worries since I have a criminal case u know?,many lawyers at the moment don't know much knowledge in DACA for me to confide in,after u go thru legal process trusting in a lawyer can be very tough.so just hope for best for me
