Does 821d and 765 have the same receip number? I only have one for the Ead

They are 2 different applications. I-821D has one receipt number, I-765 has another.

They both have a receipt. For example, on Monday I got my EAd card and my deferred action receipt. Today I got my employment authorization receipt. Sometimes you get then all together, or just a few days apart.

It has been a week since I got my EAD card and the DA receipt. However, I still didn't get the EAD receipt. Is this normal?

I'd say wait 1 more week. Its normal. If it doesnt come within a week, then id call uscis. Its nothing to worry about though, you already have your EAD..so the hardest part is over!

You get a receipt for your employment authorization, just like the deferred action receipt.

But doesn't that come WITH the EAD?

No, ead card just comes with a white paper. You should get a receipt, just like deferred action.

I'm getting confused. Are you referring to the letter you get saying they received your I-765 app or another one AFTER they send you your EAD?
