Has this happened to anyone else?

I was checking my case status online, and it says that they've sent me a notice requesting more evidence or information. It's made me nervous because what I sent them is all I could provide, I sent them proof of me being here every month of the time line requested. Has anyone else received this notice? If so, what is it about? Thanks.

yeah, its called a RFE (Request for Evidence). You won't know until you get the notice in the mail. The good thing is that they let you know exactly what they want from you. Sometimes its something really small, so don't freak out about it until you get the notice in the mail. There have been times where they seemed to have overlooked some evidence and people have just sent back the same stuff they sent originally and got approved. But as of now, the best thing to do is just try to relax and wait for it to come.

You are REALLY new to the forums, aren't you? LOL This has probably happened to tens of thousands of people by now. It means they are now reviewing your case. Don't sweat it. Just send them what they ask and I'm sure you will get approved.
