That has no basis in who applied when?

No wonder immigration system is broken.

The "who applied when" basis is thrown out the window when evidence differs from case to case. Some people take longer than others based on their evidence, case worker, or background check issues.

Basically just shut up and wait.

There's a reason for people getting approved ahead of others.

If all of the applications were a first come first serve basis, imagine all of the applications that would be stuck behind those August ones still waiting to be figured out.

You gotta keep the line moving along.

BACK OF THE LINE, NO COMPLAINING.

Once the Dream Act passes we're going to enjoy another 15 years of waiting.

Still JJglo some had the faith and balls to apply when it first came out! And they did say they were taking them/processing as they were received. Plus that's how they usually process them no? As they come in.
I'm mad now!

Perhaps that's why they're taking longer, they could have been misinformed and could have messed up somewhere.

There might also be additional reasons as to why an application might take longer apart from the ones sans posted that we don't know about.
