How many did it themselves?(meaning, you didn't seek attorney help)

Yes=I did with a family member,friend,coworker etc. ( who did?)

No=Lawyer, attorney etc.( who did?)

I translated word for word and placed it in the same format. Didn't put the whole 'translated by blah blah' jazz.

I send a copy of my (untranslated) birth certification with my valid passport. If I didn't have a passport I would do it myself because why pay more for it?
