Ive been watching the news interviews with Marco Rubio and it seems like no one is asking him about DREAMER or DACA applicants.

They are being smart to say nothing!

Many conservatives are looking for any ammo especially any legalization program that may have the most accelerated pathway, which technically should be Dream Act.

One other thing I've noticed,no variation of the Dream Act has been officially introduced in the House or Senate and there maybe several reasons for this.

-Many who are working on the Bi-partisan compromise are previous Dream act sponsors or co-sponsors and probably don't want the legislation to go ahead piecemeal. This is especially true in the House as some in the senior Republican leadership is in support of following through with a compromises in pieces[piecemeal].

-The sponsors of Dream act might believe strongly that a comprehensive law will be enacted hence no reason to introduce legislation.

This has already been talked about and determined, DREAMers and agricultural workers will get an expedited path to citizenship.

Of course Marco Rubio does not want to go around blabbing about this because in order for many conservatives to support the bill they expect border enforcement triggers to be set before the path to citizenship is opened. If he goes around broadcasting that we are the exception, he basically loses credibility on his stance that he is not allowing any path without border enforcement triggers.
