DA. They asked for more evidence.

Hello everyone so I submitted my evidence for DA a while back, went through the biometrics process, and I recently got a letter saying I need to submit more evidence, which I guess it happens to some.

Here's the thing though I submitted everything I have, my lawyer told me its time to start getting statements from people so I could submit it as evidence.

My question is does anyone know how the statements should be? What should they say? How long should they be? Any key things to add (besides obvious dates) that would help? I know I need other people to do them for me but I just want to know so I could tell them what to write in the statement.

I don't know much about that but you could find some answers in the RFE thread.

What are they requesting, more continuous residence evidence?

Here's one example of an affidavit that can be used by a friend or family. It should give you a general idea of what to include in the affidavit. If you're going to get one from a business or school, church, etc. It can be different.
